Business Benefits

Many points can be presented but the most compelling reasons may be:-

  • Improve skills & performance
  • Increase best practice
  • Aid staff retention & job satsfaction

Factors for Consideration

Many important facts should be considered when creating a training strategy. Such as; technology vision/future roadmap, the short term, and long term project goals & objectives, skill set of end user population, desirable competency, timeframe, and functionality of business systems and applications.

These must be reviewed in conjunction with other organisational influences, such as the structure of the organisation, competency frameworks that may already exist, change management or business improvements happening within the business. Legacy infrastructure, and training systems  already in use.
